Would you like to cut back or stop drinking completely? StAR 2 is here to help. We are currently recruiting participants for a research study comparing the Unified Protocol, designed to be used for a variety of different types of psychological disorders, including anxiety disorders and alcohol use disorders, to a modified, therapist-directed version of Take Control, a program designed by the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism to help individuals moderate their drinking.
